VELARO Product Testing Program

We invite selected consumers to try beauty, grooming and personal care products and tell us about their real experience. Our goal is useful consumer insight—not positive reviews.

About the program

Products in real life

Some test products may still be in development or may not yet be publicly available. Participant feedback may inform usability evaluation, product and feature improvements, packaging, instructions, consumer experience and future product development.

Selected participants may receive products free of charge. Applying does not guarantee selection, and participation in one test does not guarantee participation in future tests.

The process

How it works

  1. Apply

    People may apply through an official VELARO recruitment form or approved recruitment channel, such as a VELARO TikTok Instant Form.

  2. Get Matched

    We select participants based on the needs of each individual product test. Applying does not guarantee selection.

  3. Receive the Product

    Selected testers may receive a product sample at no cost. Shipping details are collected only when needed to deliver a sample.

  4. Test & Share Feedback

    Use the product as instructed and provide honest private feedback about the full experience—including any problems.

  5. Stay in the Panel

    Participants may be invited to future opportunities when their profile matches a test. Future participation is never guaranteed.

Where applications happen

Current applications are collected through official VELARO recruitment channels, including TikTok Instant Forms when a test is recruiting. This website does not currently accept applications.
